The imperial palace is a place where you could learn all about Samurai.

The ancient Samurai was Kusunoki Masashige he was just like a warrior.
They started as guards to protect japan from invasion( The act of entering a place in an attempt to take control of it).The Samurai have been around since the 10th century,they don’t exist in our days but many people still believe that Samurai still exist.There isn’t just boy Samurai,there is also a girl Samurai.If there is a girl Samurai they are usually called  onna-bugeisha.When they were in a fight,they hold a bow and an arrow.The other thing the hold a sword called ko-naginata.The code also requires the warriors to be honest and merciful(treating people with kindness and forgiveness) to others.
